Croffle Craze Cafe is Northern California's only croffle spot — buttery croissant dough pressed in a waffle iron, made from scratch daily, and seasoned with a little Thai soul.

How It Started

Our owner grew up in Buriram, Thailand, fell in love with the croffle, and decided Redding needed one. She opened Croffle Craze near the Mt. Shasta Mall and brought something genuinely new to NorCal.
